Q: Will my necklace look exactly like the one in the photo?

A: Each necklace is hand-assembled, so the placement of the fabric may vary slightly from the photos. However, the scarf used is always the exact same one shown on the website.

Q: Can I request a specific scarf placement?

A: Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer specific scarf placement at the moment.
Our stock is limited, and doing so would mean taking apart pieces that are meant for other necklaces. But we’re keeping this in mind for the future!

Q: How should I clean the scarf on my necklace?

A: The scarf is made of 60% polyester and 40% silk, so we recommend gentle spot cleaning only. Avoid machine washing or soaking, as this could damage the fabric or affect the structure of the necklace.

We ship to Spain, Portugal, and most EU countries. We also ship to the United States.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. The return shipping fee of 5.50€ is covered by the customer.

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account to request a return.
2. Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive an email with the next steps. Items must be shipped back within 14 calendar days of receiving approval from This is Gaiia.
3. When we receive the returned package, we’ll examine it for any unreported damage. If an item arrives damaged and we weren’t notified beforehand, we’ll email you with our findings.

Each returned item has to be in the exact state it was shipped: unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact, and in its original packaging.
