RETURN GUIDELINES

  • You have a maximum of 14 calendar days from your purchase date to initiate a return.
  • If you received a damaged or wrong case, please email us at: info@thisisgaiia.com

To qualify for a return, you must follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account to request a return automatically.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive an email with the next steps. Items must be shipped back within 14 calendar days of receiving approval from This is Gaiia. The return shipping fee of 5.50€ is covered by the customer.
  3. When we receive the returned package, we’ll examine it for any unreported damage. If an item arrives damaged and we weren’t notified beforehand, we’ll email you with our findings.
  4. Each returned item has to be in the exact state it was shipped: unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact, and in its original packaging.

This Is Gaiia reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements. If your return is declined, we’ll let you know by email. You may have the package returned to you if you cover shipping costs again.

 

EXCHANGES

Please note that we do not accept exchanges. All sales are final, and we do not offer the option to change items once a purchase has been made. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase to ensure satisfaction with their selection.
