ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Our team will begin processing your purchase promptly to deliver your items as quickly as possible. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe for your country (see details below), please email us at info@thisisgaiia.com with your order number so we can review your order history and find a quick resolution.

Delivery times range from 48 hours to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the moment you receive the “order is being prepared” email. However, please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control or during peak periods. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe for your country, please email us at info@thisisgaiia.com with your order number so we can review your order history and find a quick resolution.

You will also receive a tracking email so you can monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

Important:

• THIS IS GAiiA is not responsible for delivery issues if the shipping address provided during checkout is incorrect or incomplete.
• If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@thisisgaiia.com. We will issue a full refund (including shipping costs) only if the order has not yet been prepared for dispatch. Once we processed the order, cancellation is no longer possible.
